Belvedere provides an island experience without the typical isolation of an island. The community consists of two islands and a lagoon, all connected by a causeway to the Tiburon Peninsula.
If you’re lucky enough to call Belvedere home, you’ll be greeted with marvelous views of the San Francisco Bay and an abundance of water activities — not to mention that being within walking distance of the San Francisco Yacht Club tends to rub off on you. Kayakers and sailors are always around.
As one of the most desirable locations in Marin, Belvedere’s homes command some of the highest price tags. The median house sits at $4.5 million. These prices also bring the average age to 53, but a greater number of younger people are moving in when houses make it to the market.
We love Belvedere for its easy access to the Ferry. Commute across the water to SF or take a ride to our beloved Angel Island, where you can hike or bike and enjoy some lunch on the beach. This is magic and true living!Â
Sam’s Anchor Cafe is a forever favorite. Sit on the water, enjoy some great food, and experience a landmark establishment.
And, of course, you’ll enjoy everything that Tiburon has to offer, too. Learn more about that fabulous community here!
